• Funeral Mantra was born in October 2010 as a cover band. Just a bunch of friends playing Black Sabbath, Spiritual Beggars, Kyuss.
• In the first 4 months of 2012 the band starts playing live as a Spiritual Beggars tribute
• The band's songs mostly revolve around introspection, death, afterlife, reincarnation and dreamy substance induced scenarios.
• n February 2014, Marco Karonte takes Adriano's place on drums. And the band finally finds its true and final lineup.
• Funeral Mantra's sound is a solid, granitic heavy-stoner mix, with an old school and dynamic soul.
